Monicrest was established to bring Makea Tangaroa’s construction experience together with a commitment to thoughtfully designed homes and property developments. The intention is to create enduring value through integrity, attention to detail and a personal approach.
Construction, Development and Property are three supporting areas of one Monicrest identity. They bring different perspectives to a shared question: how can a project respond well to the people, place and priorities behind it?
Director
Makea Tangaroa
Makea’s professional background spans 10 years in commercial and residential construction. His roles have included Senior Project Engineer and Construction Supervisor, with expertise in engineering and project management.
His prior experience includes subdivisions, residential builds, commercial buildings, aged-care projects, refurbishments, government infrastructure and concrete structures. That background informs his emphasis on careful coordination, practical planning and clear communication.
The experience above relates to Makea’s previous professional roles. It is not presented as a portfolio delivered by Monicrest.
